A Year in Review

 Here we are at our LAST blog for the school year.  To some this may have been the year you thought may never end.  To others it seemed to fly by and what seems like 5 years was actually only 180 days. We thought we would share a few fun facts about our year in review!  

What was the first date that we had NO new student COVID cases?  April 5th, 2021

How many student COVID absences did we have on the highest date? 315

How many first days of a new learning structure did we have this year at the EC-5 level? 4

How many SIP/Institute days were replaced as remote planning days?  1

How many participants did we have on Zoom in the month of March? 146,753

How many minutes were spent in Zoom in the month of March through Kaneland? 2,200,870

2021-22 Professional Development Sessions- NEW SESSION ADDED

 As many of you have been signing up for PD sessions this summer, we wanted to share one last time the 2021-22 PD listing.  We have added a Guided Reading K-2 VIRTUAL session on August 4th from 9:00-11:00.  This is the same session as July 27th but virtual.  Also on August 4th is a great Breathe for a Change session that will be an overview of how to relax, mediate, and reflect.  If interested in signing up for these sessions as well as any other, please contact through email Sarah Mumm or Patrick Raleigh.
