-All learn, all the time
-Openly share of both successes and failures
-Locate examples of best practice and shine a spotlight for others to learn
-Always share a rationale of what your doing and why you are doing it with your peers to understand the why behind learning actions
-Work to openly share your learning and teaching needs through data discussions
At this time we are beginning to build professional development for the summer. Based on the lab site visits and what you are sharing with each other, please submit any topics for summer session that you would like to attend. For example would you like a session on building and planning a unit? Or conferring? Please email Sarah Mumm at 10358@kaneland.org with your suggestions and we will look to provide the topics of your choice.
