Harter Middle School Teacher Advisory Committee

I would like to revisit the idea of having a teacher advisory committee at the middle school as an opportunity for more shared leadership and decision-making. The more and more we grow and develop as a district, it is important for all stakeholders to be represented. This committee is an opportunity for that. The meeting structure can be flexible (in-person and online) and this is a paid committee. If you are interested, please let me know by putting your name in THIS SHEET (this is a suggested list on contents, we do not need to be restricted to only these). Please complete by Wednesday, October 21st, 2020.

Please note, the intent of this committee is to grow and develop teacher leaders. We will look for two staff members to chair this committee to help develop agenda topics and feedback structures.

Thanks!

Follow Up and Conclusion to the KEA Initaives Meeting

Thank you to all who submitted questions or comments to the KEA Fall Initiatives meeting through the ARs in the school.  Here is a summary of the trends of what was asked, along with a few answers.  As you all know this year is ever changing and so some answers may be the answer now, but things change.  We will always attempt to inform and update as the year progresses.  Thank you for ongoing collaboration and dialogue in problem solving.
