6-12 EAC/Leadership Team Follow Up on PD

Ed Services used this month's EAC/Leadership Team meeting to gather feedback on the needs of staff for professional development for next year. Emerging themes centered on time and facilitation of proficiency tables, vertical articulation time, and assessment writing.

Our department will work with each building and grade span, as well as the Special Education Department over the course of the next month to map out our professional development opportunities for the summer and into next year.

If you have a need for any PD, please be reaching out to your EAC representative or you department chair.

Spring Proficiency Based Progress Exit Slip Data Collection

As part of our ongoing SIP goal data collection process, it is time to begin collecting our Spring data.  Our Spring data is collected each year at the end of January and into February in order to process the data in time for any summative evaluations (both teacher and administration).  The district will collect final PBP data in May this year as well.  The next exit slip to monitor progress in PBP and students understanding the I can statements for each lesson, will be collected on January 27th during any 11:00AM classes. Remember if you do not have class at this time you do not need to collect data for the random sample. Please see the two forms below to share with your students at the 11:00AM period/time.

Please share with all 4th-12th grade students this google form exit slip

Please print for your students K-3rd grade this paper version for them to complete and send the paper versions to Sarah Mumm by the end of next week.

Thank you for all your hard work using I can statements and bringing student clarity to each and every lesson.
