Harter Middle School EAC Wrap Up

Due to the number of events and absences, we needed to cancel our last EAC meeting last week. We will convene in August with a general meeting for anyone to attend that is interested in being part of the 2022-2023 EAC team. At that time we will draft goals and establish improved channels of dissemination and communication so all of the information is shared with all staff.

Please mark your calendars for an August meeting to set the tone for next year!

Feedback on First Day Structures

As we begin to look ahead and plan our first day Institute for next August, we would love some feedback from our stakeholders.  Although we know we cannot meet the needs of every staff member, we would love to  collect some feedback on structures for the day.  Please take a moment to review the survey feedback link.  Thank you

Personalized Learning Steering Committee 2022-2023

The Personalized Learning Steering Committee will be branching out next year!

We will be maintaining a district-wide PL Steering Committee that focuses on both continued IgKnight Academy development, as well as infusion of PL practices across the district. In addition, we are going to develop a core group of people at each grade span to focus exclusively on infusing personalized practices within a given grade span. We will establish a specific Elementary, Middle, and High school personalized learning group to either embed within established structures like EAC, Leadership Team, Homeroom Committee, etc., or possibly be a stand-alone group at each grade span. The specific structure will be determined by those interested in being involved.

Please take a moment to complete this FORM, if you are interested in being involved in any of the personalized learning groups for the 2022-2023 school year. You can choose multiple types of involvement if you so choose.

TCI Upgrade, LAST Time to Export

TCI Science is upgrading this summer and all previous data and rosters will be deleted in the process.  This is a company choice and we do not have the ability to shift the timeframe.  If you would like to export and save any data from the TCI programs please be sure to do that by June 1st.  If you need assistance in this process contact Tech, your 1:1 Learning Coach, or Educational Services.  The district will not be doing a full export of data.
