It is that time again for the the annual update roadshows to come visit your school. In order to make the roadshow meetings most effective for everyone, please spend time reading and reviewing all the information in the google slide show PRIOR to your school roadshow. It is essential that you come prepared and with questions. We will not have the time to go through each slide during the session, so please come prepared. We look forward to visiting each school and enjoying discussion regarding next school year and beyond. Please spend time preparing for your school session but reading carefully this google slide link.

Flexible Seating Grant Update
Thank you to those of you that have submitted a request for flexible seating/furniture using the mini-grant form. We have begun trying to fulfil these requests based on available funds. This will be an ongoing process as we are able to identify funding sources. Most recently we were able to work with Fran and some of her special education funding to fulfill some requests associated with supporting special education students. As we are able to fulfill requests, we will reach out to those that we will be able to support. If a time comes that we know there will no longer be funds available, we will alert all of those that had applied.

EC-5 Instructional Coaching Structure
We are excited to have our Instructional Coaching structure at the EC-5 level shift a bit next year. We will be having Coaches specialize in a grade span and share only 2 schools. There will be 2 EC-2nd grade specific Coaches and 2 3rd-5th grade specific coaches. The primary focused Coaches will be shared among KST/KBK and the other at KSS/KME. The intermediate focused Coaches will be shared among KME/KBK and KSS/KST. This shared focus will allow for the Coaches to still be connected to all schools through their Coaching team while being able to focus on expertise in a grade span content area. We are excited about the next steps in this structure and being able to best support all staff members and schools. Later this Spring, we will be able to share the specific staff members who will be assigned to each grade level as we begin to shift and plan for next school year.
