No Place Like Gnome Submissions! (EC-12)
You are all really good Gnome hunters. Here were a few reasons sent in for why we love calling Kaneland our "Gnome":
-I’m happy to call Kaneland home because for the past decade, no matter what position or building I’ve taught in the kids have always made me smile every day.
-I love calling Kaneland “gnome” because of the students and staff! The staff supports each other and is a second family. My students challenge me to think outside the box and they make me want to be the best SLP I can be!
-I love Kaneland because everyone is so welcoming and always willing to help. Kaneland teachers are the best!!
-The reason why I love calling Kaneland home is because we put kids first!
-I love Kaneland for the people! The parents, co-workers, everyone! Go Knights!
-I love calling Kaneland home because we are one and I love my Kaneland family.
-I love calling Kaneland my home because of the level of support I feel I get for both students and my own wellbeing as a staff member. I also love the added things (like this scavenger hunt) to bring fun into our workplace!
-I love calling Kaneland my home because I have amazing co-workers and a team who make the job fun!
-I love Kaneland for the people, parents, co-workers and everyone!
-I love calling Kaneland home because I have amazing people who support, guide and mentor me through the years!
-I love that we had people that supported Makerspaces, let us pilot F and P, and that Dr. Mumm purchased books for our book studies.
-I love that we can ask questions to Ed Service at any time and Dr. Mumm always is supportive and encouraging.
-I love that the School Principals are always supportive and advocate for my needs as a teacher!
-I call Kaneland home because of the people I get to work with - both the students and my awesome co-workers!
- I love calling Kaneland home because of the friendships I have made, the amazing feedback and advice that I have been given these past 2 years, and all of the ways that we come together as a community.
-I love being a part of Kaneland because the environment fosters a strong sense of community and support. The collaborative spirit among staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.
