UPDATED PROCESS:
In order to answer a few questions posed and bring more clarity to the process for Open House the following are updated guidelines and due dates. Please see this as an opportunity to connect with families that we have not been able to see this year.
Please remember when making videos upload the video to youtube and embed the youtube link in your google slides so all families can have access
If you need any assistance at all please reach out to Educational Services, Instructional Coaches, or 1:1 Instructional LEarning Coach
By March 19th, Administration, Exploratories, RTI and LRC will post in the google docs below the video links for Teachers to cut and paste into their google slide presentation
Hybrid Teachers:
Please create a google slides presentation after March 19th including the following:
Cover Slide
Slide 2- Administration message
Slide 3- Classroom Teacher message
Slide 4- Exploratory message
Slide 5- RTI message
Slide 6- Student Reflection slide with the following questions
How have you grown as a learner this year?
What are some successes you have had in your hybrid learning environment this school year?
What are some goals you hope to achieve by the end of the school year?
How have you grown as a person this year?
Share when you persevered this year.
What did you enjoy about learning this year?
If a friend of yours started hybrid learning, what advice would you give them so they are most successful?
Slide 7- LRC BookFair
Request any support you need from Instructional Coaches for after school hours assistance with the google slides and videos.
On April 8th by 4:00pm All staff send out their link to the google slides presentation for their specific families
Full Remote Teachers:
Please create a google slides presentation after March 19th including the following:
