SIP Goals with Data Collection Points

Thank you to all who took the time to complete the pre data collection for the two SIP goals for this year.  We are excited about the ability to really hit hard learner profile and proficiency based progress.  We did see a large regression in the ability of students to identify the learner profile, the intent of the profile and how they would utilize it to advocate for themselves.  February 2018 data indicated 56% at level 2 or 3 on learner profile and currently only 29.8% are at level 2 and 3.  Our SIP goal is based on the improvement from February 2018 data, so we have some work to do to internalize the learner profile for the students. 
The following are the final breakdowns with data add for the student growth goals:

Learner Profile Data Levels:
Current percent in level 2 and 3 is 29.8%
Goal is Based on February 2018 56% in level 2 and 3, not September Level
Unsatisfactory:
-Overall increase of 9% or less observed at levels 2 and 3, 65% in level 2 and 3 (shift 732 students)

Needs Improvement:
-Overall increase of 10% to 19% observed at levels 2 and 3, 66% to 75% in level 2 and 3 (shift 743 to 845 students)

Proficient:  
-Overall increase of 20% to 30% observed at  levels 2 and 3, 76% to 86% in level 2 and 3 (shift 856 students to 969 students)

Distinguished:
-An overall increase of 31% or more observed at levels 2 and 3, 87% or above (shift 979 or more students)


Proficiency Based Progress Data Levels:
Current percent at level 2 and 3: 15.5% (currently 175 students)
Unsatisfactory:
-Overall increase of 40% or less observed at levels 2 and 3, 55% at level 2 and 3 (619 students)

Needs Improvement:
-Overall increase of 41% to 50% observed at levels 2 and 3, 56% to 65% at level 2 and 3 (631-732 students)

Proficient:  
-Overall increase of 51% to 60% observed at  levels 2 and 3, 66% to 75% at level 2 and 3 (743 to 845 students)

Distinguished:
-An overall increase of 61% or more observed at levels 2 and 3, 76% or above (over 856 students)
