Proficiency Table Descriptions

While reading Garth Larson's Grading for Impact book this past week, we came across a few key pages that really will assist all of you in further developing your proficiency tables with actionable and observable words.  Remember it is essential to describe the student actions, behavior, and words they will use when showing you proficiency, and do not describe the content.  You want to focus your table on the student action not the description of what the content words mean.  Please be sure to review the sections below to get further ideas of words to focus on what drafting proficiencies.
