Remote Learning Summary
Week of April 6th:
*All students will receive email communication for each Teacher sharing the lessons and activities for the week.
*Teachers will post availability to check in and connect with students. Teachers will be available for 3 hours each day.
*Special Service Teachers, ELL Teachers and Related Service Staff will connect with students on their caseload to set up check in meetings.
Week of April 13th
*Each student will receive communication of their current grade for each content area or course from their Teacher.
*Teacher will send or co-construct with students lessons to enhance their current grade standing on past content
*Teachers will post availability to check in and connect with students. Teachers will be available for 3 hours each day.
*Special Service Teachers, ELL Teachers and Related Service Staff will connect with students on their caseload every other day.
Week of April 20th to End of School Closure
*Content includes what the student needs to watch, read, learn as well as the time to create practice or products
*Each student will complete daily a remote learning google form for attendance, if families are unable to access the google form for attendance printer versions can be picked up at the school during lunch distribution
*All Teaching Staff will be available for 3 hours per day but specific video or live check ins will only take place during the scheduled time if needed
*New content may be shared, if agreed upon by all job alikes
*New content cannot impact any student’s grade in a negative manner, it may be used to enhance their current grade
*Any new student or new course for 4th quarter would be marked as an incomplete until the student shows at minimum B- work
