Thank you to all staff and students for allowing many to visit your classroom in order to collect the pre-data for our all in proficiency based progress data. The following is the summary of our goal and pre data. Please remember to keep the I can statements relevant for students and share feedback specifically linked to the I can statements.
Proficiency Based Progress Goal: (All in Goal)
By February 2021, the overall percent of students observed at levels 2 and 3 on the proficiency based observation rubric will increase from 78.5% in February 2020 to 85% in February 2021.
The following rubric will be used: 0- no idea yet, 1- able to share the I can statement that is the focus of a lesson or experience from today’s work 2- able to share how they’ve gotten feedback tied to an I can statement 3- able to share the I can statement and describe the type of feedback they were given tied to that I can statement and how that impacts their future learning.
Current Fall percent in level 2 and 3 is 29%. Remember that our growth goal is based on our February 2020 data of 78.57% of students in level 2 and 3
Unsatisfactory:
-Overall decrease from February 2020Needs Improvement:
-Growth that puts the final percentage of students in levels 2 & 3 greater than 79% up to 81%.Proficient:
