SIP Data Update and CELEBRATION

Let's take a moment to just stop and CELEBRATE!  Our SIP data far exceeds our last Fall's data.  We are so excited about the pre-data from this Fall.  Kudos to all staff for setting routines and expectations that include I can statements, the intent and purpose of learning, feedback cycles, and learner self reflection and advocacy.  While scoring the pre-data you could see the language of your hard work and effort come alive through the students.  Please see the following for our SIP pre-data.

By February 2022, the overall percent of students observed at levels 2 and 3 on the proficiency based self-reflection rubric will increase from 67.7 % in September 2021 to 85% by February 2022 on lesson/unit exit slips administered randomly.

By February 2022, the overall percent of students assessed on learning needs and advocacy through the use of learning reflection tools at levels 2 and 3 on the learner advocacy rubric will increase from February 2020 levels of 74.4%% to 85%. (Fall 2021 81.9%)

By February 2022, all areas of the CASEL competencies will see an increase in levels 3 and 4 compared to September 2021 collected data.   Students will anonymously self-reflect on the 5 areas through the use of a Google form reflection given during selected times on a randomly selected day.
