We are excited to kick off the 18-month PL Academy 3.0 journey with everyone! This Academy is the culmination of all the professional development around personalized learning (PL) that has been provided in Kaneland over the past several years and moves us from developing understanding and building knowledge about PL into the implementation and application of ten core PL practices. As you heard many times this past Monday, personalizing is a non-negotiable in all Kaneland learning environments. Academy 3.0 is designed to support staff in meeting this expectation. Ed Services, along with building admin., instructional coaches, and your peers are here to help with anything you need as you work through Academy 3.0.
