What is the Kaneland IgKnight Personalized Learning Academy? A stand-alone, personalized Kaneland school, designed around the individual strengths, needs, and interests of learners, and with a smaller overall student enrollment. Instructional methods, pacing, and learning paths will vary from learner to learner, as they pursue proficiency relative to established standards.
What is the Vision of IgKnight Academy- To create opportunities for students to personalize their learning, by moving at their own pace, while achieving rigorous curricular outcomes, through co-created, customized learning paths and proficiency-based progression. Students will have the flexibility to learn across grade level or content standards as appropriate.
Who: Any family interested in considering IgKnight Academy for the 2024-25 school year. We are accepting incoming 3rd-8th graders for the 24-25 school year.
When: Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Where: IgKnight Academy- located inside the Kaneland Meredith Academic Center at 1N137 Meredith Road, Maple Park.
Families are welcome to attend the Open House any time between 5:30 -7:00 pm, for any portion of the evening. Opportunities include:

Q & A with current IgKnight staff members
Q & A with current IgKnight students and parents
