As we begin to shift towards our common goal for next school, we would like to collect some initial pre-data based on student feedback reflection. Please take time between April 3rd and April 12th administer and the following survey in order for the district to create the common SIP goal for next year. This pre-data is essential for determining our baseline.

K-1 small group google doc to use if you assess by reading it to small groups and want to direct enter data (this is optional, please choose paper survey or use the small group direct entry option)
We also would like to collect feedback from our staff. Please share feedback reflections on this google form by April 12th in order for us to have more information to build our common SIP goal and PD for next year.
