This Spring we are trying to pilot the use of teacher nomination feedback forms for identifying students that might benefit from learning in a challenge ELA and/or challenge Math classroom at HMS. All 5th grade Teachers, please complete the google forms below for students that have been progressing at an enhanced rate and have learner characteristics and could benefit from a challenge classroom. Please complete by April 30th any teacher nomination forms. Thank you in advance for piloting and trying the new forms.
