Content Mins. Required K-5

As we all begin our back to school routine we set schedules for our classrooms.  Recently there has been a shift in the requirement by the State of Illinois for content area minutes.  There are no longer specific total minutes for the content area.  For this year you will need to continue to submit your classroom schedule to your building Administration, but there is not need to calculate and total the specific time per content this year.  Although there is no state specific requirement, there is always a need to balance time on content based on the I can statements in the content area.  If you have any questions at all please feel free to just ask.
