On Thursday, September 9th, we will be collecting our first formal round of data for our proficiency-based progress SIP goal. Please take a look at the logistics by grade span. We will be asking you to send this to students on the 9th after your 1st academic activity (elementary) or 1st period for 6-12 students.
For K-2 Students
Please distribute the paper copies to students at the end of the 1st lesson or academic activity of the day on the 9th. You will need to read the questions and options to your students. Once completed, please turn it into the office to send to Ed Services
For 3rd Grade Students
You will have two options, please choose ONE:
1) Distribute the paper copy to your students at the end of the 1st lesson or academic activity of the day on the 9th. You will need to read the questions and options to your students. Once completed, please turn it in to the office to send to Ed Services.

2) Use the link HERE and email it to your students if you feel like this is more efficient for your classes.
For 4th-12th Grade Students
Use the link HERE and email it to your students at the end of your 1st academic lesson (4th/5th) or at the end of 1st period for 6-12. This only pertains to teachers who have a 1st-period class.
Ed Services will also be emailing the link directly to 3rd-12th grade students at the start of the day on Thursday, September 9th.
