As part of our ongoing SIP goal data collection process, it is time to begin collecting our Spring data. Our Spring data is collected each year at the end of January and into February in order to process the data in time for any summative evaluations (both teacher and administration). The district will collect final PBP data in May this year as well. The next exit slip to monitor progress in PBP and students understanding the I can statements for each lesson, will be collected tomorrow, January 27th during any 11:00AM classes (or the class period that is closest to 11:00AM). Remember if you do not have class at this time you do not need to collect data for the random sample. Please see the two forms below to share with your students at the 11:00AM period/time.

Please print for your students K-3rd grade this paper version for them to complete and send the paper versions to Sarah Mumm by the end of next week.
