Tenet C: Learner Profile Evidence Sharing

The purpose of the learner profile is to drive student self-reflection and advocacy, as it relates to their individual learning needs. Tenet C in PL 3.0 asks that you show evidence of how you authentically embed the use of the learner profile into small group and individual conferencing and that you share examples of how students are using their learner profile to engage in self-reflection and advocacy. Essential to this tenet is the ability to identify how student self-reflection and advocacy have led to shifts in instructional practices. So far, we have had 51 staff members complete this tenet within PL 3.0! The video below shares several examples of how teachers in Kaneland are achieving this goal.
