As we move into the long winter months and continue to monitor our students' behavior, please remember to write current data and observable student action statements. Make all attempts to not add to the request for teacher actions you are looking for. The best request form is formulated around the data collected through student observations. Please reach out to the any Behavior Facilitator to assist with observations as well.
