"Deb has been a dedicated teacher for 30+ years and is retiring strong with her continued commitment to her student's success in Science. She has touched many lives over the years. To date, students still stop by to visit their favorite 7th grade, Science teacher. Her students have ALWAYS come first. She uses whatever time she has available to ensure her students display a good work ethic. I admire Deb and all she does for her students. She truly goes the extra mile for everyone she knows!"

"Deb is amazing! She took me under her wing when I began teaching at Harter in 2015. She taught me all of the ins and outs of teaching Science. Her willingness to accommodate all students is amazing. She is always understanding of each of her students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Her retirement this year is well-deserved, BUT we are truly going to miss her.
