R.E.V. Update

 Our district’s R.E.V. (Respect, Equity, Value) core team has been exploring ways we can ensure that these three core tenets are foundational for every Kaneland student's educational experience. To support this effort, we engaged with an organization, the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC), to conduct an Equity Audit. The purpose of the Audit was to assess the degree to which each and every student has access to meaningful learning opportunities and support so they are successful in the classroom and in their future. The R.E.V. team would like to dig a little deeper into some of the responses, and will be sharing a follow up survey for students, staff and families early in the Fall. The results of the Audit and follow up survey will be shared with the district and each school community in the Fall, and will lead to ensuring that Kaneland CUSD #302 provides a respectful and equitable learning environment.
