Over the first trimester the goal for all staff was to engage in the first common feedback one. The emphasis of that session was to understand the feedback process with students and the types and levels of feedback. Below is a visual that will assist all staff in seeing the three levels of feedback and a quick check on the foundation of each of the nine types. Please reflect over the course of the month what level of feedback you are engaging in with your students and how you might co-construct with the use of questioning at a higher level in order to engage and empower the learner to drive their learning journey.
