We have been in the process of working with the Technology department on how to get everyone the access they need to support students. The process will be as follows:
1) Ed Services and Technology will work on establishing categories of staff based on access needed (i.e. district access, school access, classroom access) and will then set the guidelines accordingly. Our date for doing so is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday the 12th.
2) Once categories are established, we will work with building admin teams to share communication expectations for those that may need certain information (i.e. paraprofessionals or related services getting that info from classroom teachers)
Please do not reach out to Hilary or Jasmine asking for access to certain students or rosters. It will not be granted at this time.
If you do have a specific request, please reach out to Ed Services and we will help to process through how to get the information needed.
