-Focus on making sure learners know where they are on their path to proficiency.
-Building clarity and making sure everyone has a shared knowledge of what proficiency looks like in learning.
-Focusing on students' overall well-being.
-Learning how students learn and how to empower them so they can do anything they focus on!
